About the Event
The Veterans Wreath Project is a profound mission of remembrance organized by the Branson Veterans Task Force. Each December, the community gathers at Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery (and other local sites) to ensure that no veteran's sacrifice is forgotten. The goal is to place a live, balsam fir wreath on every veteran's headstone.
This event is open to all volunteers who wish to participate in the wreath-laying ceremony. It serves as a moving personal gift to our fallen heroes, symbolizing longevity and endurance through the winter months. Community support is vital to this mission. The purchase or sponsorship of even one wreath is crucial in helping the Task Force reach its goal of honoring every interred service member with dignity and patriotic pride.
